For (potential) customers:
Why should I work with a job agency like Antro?
If you're looking for peace of mind and extra flexibility in the food sector, working with a job agency like Antro can be an excellent solution. With us, you gain access to a reliable pool of temporary staff who can step in when your own employees are on holiday, sick, or if you have extra work on the floor.
This means that you can rest easy knowing that your business won't be impacted by unexpected absences or staffing shortages. In the fast-paced and dynamic food sector, having this kind of flexibility is essential. With a job agency like Antro, you can be confident that you're getting high-quality temporary staff who are experienced and skilled in the food industry.
Is it expensive to work with a job agency?
Working with a job agency can actually be a cost-effective solution for many businesses. While it's true that having your own personnel can be cheaper in some cases, there are several benefits to working with an agency that can offset any additional costs.
For example, when you work with an agency, you don't have to worry about the costs associated with sick leave or vacation time. The agency takes care of all of these expenses, which can save your business money in the long run. Additionally, agencies often have access to a larger pool of candidates, which means they can help you find the right fit for your business more quickly and efficiently. Overall, while there may be some upfront costs associated with working with a job agency, the benefits of doing so can far outweigh any additional expenses. By partnering with an agency, you can focus on running your business while leaving the hiring and employment-related tasks to the experts.
What are the terms to work with an agency?
When it comes to the specific terms for working with an agency, it's important to note that agencies are typically required to follow the same Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) as your own employees. This means that you can expect the same level of compensation and benefits for agency employees as you would for your own staff. And while it's true that there may be a slightly higher cost associated with working with an agency, this is often offset by the benefits of having access to a larger pool of skilled workers and the ability to quickly and easily scale up or down as needed.
How can I check if I do business with a trustworthy agency?
You can check if an agency is SNA registered at www.SNA.nl. If an agency is registered there you know they are a reliable partner.
