How often do I get paid?
We understand the importance of timely and reliable payments, which is why we offer frequent pay periods to our employees.
Depending on the client and project, you can expect to receive your wages either weekly or biweekly.
When can I expect my paycheck?
With payments typically transferred at the end of the week, you can usually expect to see your paycheck in your account on Thursdays or Fridays.
Will I receive a travel allowance?
When it comes to travel allowances, we follow government regulations to ensure that you receive fair compensation. If you live more than 6 km from the work location, you are eligible for travel reimbursement based on the distance traveled.
How do I declare my kilometers when I travel by car?
For car travel, simply register your kilometers on your regular timesheets and we will reimburse you 19 cents for every kilometer traveled.
How do I declare my public transport costs?
For public transport costs, you can send the receipt to the Antro administration personnel and we will reimburse the costs accordingly.
How long can I expect continued wages during sickness?
While continued wages during sickness are dependent on your contract, During your first working period, we pay for the hours worked. If you work with us for longer, you will receive a contract with fixed hours, including continued payment during illness.
Do I get paid for overtime?
When it comes to overtime pay, we always adhere to the CAO of the client you work with, so be sure to do your research and know what to expect.
How does the application process work?
First, follow the steps on our website to apply for a vacancy. After this, our team will check the information that you provided. If we believe that you are a good fit for the client, you will be called by an Antro representative with some additional questions.
Depending on the position, you might do a trial day with the client to see if you can perform at the level which is needed for the project. If both sides are happy, you will sign a contract at Antro and start working!
How can I request time off/vacation?
This can be done via the Antro administration personnel. You will receive their contact info when you start working with us.
If I want to call in sick, what should I do?
You will receive the contact information of the Antro personnel that you can contact when you have to call in sick. It is important that you always inform us when you are sick, even if you have been working for one client for a long time. We are your employers so we always need to know.
